- Recipients of your personal data - entities to which we may transfer part of your personal data in connection with the performance of certain activities or services on our order. These entities can not do anything with your personal data unless we instruct them and only in the scope indicated by us. They will store your personal data securely and only for the period that we indicate to them or as required by applicable law.
HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process personal data in line with the GDPR and for various purposes, which are described below.
1. USERS INTERACTING WITH OUR CONTENT
a) Embedded YouTube Videos
When you view content embedded from YouTube on our site, your personal data may be processed by Google LLC. This includes cookies and IP address data. Data processing occurs only upon interaction (i.e., playing a video).

b) External Media from cdn.pragmate.dev
Images and videos displayed on the site may be hosted on our WordPress system at cdn.pragmate.dev. Accessing these media may result in standard logging of user data (e.g., IP address, user agent) for server security and diagnostics.

2. FEEDBACK MODULES ON ARTICLES
Some articles contain feedback forms allowing users to rate content. Upon rating, the following data is collected:

This data is transmitted to the WordPress system on cdn.pragmate.dev and stored to analyze and improve content quality.

3. CONTACT FORMS
Certain articles provide a contact form to service your inquiry and provide an answer. Information submitted via these forms is transmitted via the WordPress system on cdn.pragmate.dev and directly emailed to [email protected].

4. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
When subscribing to our newsletter:

- This information is transmitted through cdn.pragmate.dev and forwarded to our newsletter provider, Kit.

5. COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES

Server logs and IP address memorization
The use of the Website involves the transmission of queries to the server on which the Website is stored. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs. Logs include the user’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser, and the operating system used by the user. Logs are saved and stored on the server. The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific people using the Website and are not used to identify visitors to the Website. Server logs serve as auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server. Google Analytics - details
We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest, consisting of the creation of statistics and their analysis in order to optimize our websites.
In order to use Google Analytics, we have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code in the code of our website. The tracking code uses Google LLC cookies for the Google Analytics service. Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our website. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to Google servers, which can be located all over the world and stored there.
Due to the IP anonymization activated by us, your IP address is shortened before forwarding. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to Google servers and shortened there. The anonymized IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics is, as a rule, not combined with other Google data.
We emphasize that as part of Google Analytics, we do not collect any data that would allow your identification. Therefore, the data collected as part of Google Analytics is not personal data for us. The information we have access to as part of Google Analytics is, in particular:
- information about the operating system and web browser you use,
- subpages you browse on our website,
- time spent on our website and its subpages,
- transitions between individual subpages,
- the source from which you go to our site.
In addition, as part of Google Analytics, we use the following Advertising Functions:
- demographic and interest reports,
- remarketing,
- advertising reporting functions, user-ID.
As part of the Advertising Functions, we also do not collect personal data. The information we have access to is, in particular:
- the age range you are in,

- Your approximate location is limited to the town,
- Your interests are based on your online activity.

ISO 27001 is one of the most recognized standards in the world and certifies compliance with the relevant requirements by systems that support Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360.

YouTube - details
Our pages may contain YouTube widgets that allow you to play recordings available on YouTube directly from our pages. YouTube is operated by Google LLC.
Videos are embedded on the website in the privacy protection mode. Based on the information provided by YouTube, this means that no cookies are stored on your device, and Google does not collect any information about you until you play the recording.
When you play the recording, YouTube saves cookies on your device and receives information that you have played the recording from a specific website, even if you do not have a Google account or are not currently logged in. If you are logged in to your Google account, this service provider will be able to directly assign the visit to our website to your account. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by Google, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy, are described in the Google privacy policy.
If you do not want Google to assign data collected during video playback directly to your profile, you must log out of your account before playing the video. You can also completely prevent the loading of plugins on the website by using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking scripts.

Google reCAPTCHA - details
Google reCAPTCHA is a tool provided by Google LLC. Its purpose is to distinguish computers from humans. Its primary purpose is to protect our website against spam sent by machines responsible for running automatic scripts during Internet traffic. These machines can steal information about network users and also generate spam. Spam can contain both malware and an influx of messages unrelated to the site.
Kit - details
For newsletter subscriptions, we use a third-party service from Kit, Inc. f/k/a ConvertKit, Inc. (kit.com), to collect and manage your email address. By subscribing to our newsletter, Kit may collect additional information, including your IP address and, if available, a publicly accessible Gravatar profile photo associated with your email address.
We use this information to deliver and manage newsletter subscriptions and improve communication with you. Kit adheres to strict privacy standards, ensuring your data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Stripe - details
We offer digital products that can be purchased through our Website. Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, a third-party payment provider.
When you select a product and proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted page where the transaction is completed. In this process, Stripe will process certain personal data necessary to complete the transaction, such as your name, billing information, payment card details, and IP address.
We do not have access to your full payment card details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and basic transaction data such as time, amount, and transaction ID.

The right to withdraw consent
